By using Dishnest, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. Dishnest is operated by Evonor Consulting ("we", "us", "our").

  • Do not upload copyrighted content (such as photographs from cookbooks) without permission.
  • Do not upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content.
  • We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

  • A description of the copyrighted work.
  • The location of the infringing content within Dishnest.

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.

We will review and respond to valid takedown requests promptly.

5. AI Features

  • AI-generated recipes and suggestions are provided as-is, without guarantees of accuracy or suitability.
  • AI dietary adaptations are suggestions, not medical or nutritional advice. For severe allergies or medical dietary needs, always consult a qualified professional and verify ingredients independently.
  • AI features are subject to usage limits based on your subscription tier.
  • We may use AI to moderate content for safety and quality.

6. Subscriptions

  • Dishnest offers free and paid subscription tiers.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's subscription settings.
  • Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Do not use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
  • Do not attempt to manipulate AI features or bypass safety filters.
  • Do not scrape, crawl, or automated access the service.
  • Do not impersonate other users or misrepresent your identity.

8. Limitation of Liability

Dishnest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated content, recipe adaptations, or nutritional information.
